- Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
- Yes, we are. Should an incident occur everyone is fully protected. We carry a $1,000,000 insurance policy.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- Yes, we do. Our goal is to provide excellent house cleaning services for all our clients. But when you add an element of human error,
rearly the worker might miss something. If you are unhappy with any cleaning service provided, please contact us and we will be happy to correct the problem. Open communication is
very important for us.
- Who will be cleaning my home?
- A regularly assigned worker will be cleaning your home. We will make every effort possible to have your home cleaned by the same person.
However, sometimes they may vary due to circumstances that are out of our control.
- How do you screen employees?
- First we make sure that the employees are legally able to work in the United States. They go through an interview, drug test and
a criminal background check.
- Do you use subcontractors?
- We do not. Everyone working for us is an employee. For your and our protection, we take care of the worker's compensation,
insurance and all employment taxes. You are not liable for any of those items.
- What do I have to do before the cleaning?
- We ask that you try to pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to the cleaning. It will help us use our time
more efficiently.
- What time will the cleaning start?
- The cleaning will start at a specific previosly agreed upon time, but do to traffic and other circumstances, there might be a reason for
tardy. If we are going to be more than 15 min late, we will contact you to let you know.
- What happens if something is damaged?
- If something happens to be damaged while we are cleaning first thing we do is to let you know of what happened. Then we will make
every effort to repair or replace the item. When appropriate the insurance claims will be filed.
- Who provides cleaning supplies?
- We provide all necessary cleaning supplies. If you provide a specific cleaner you like, we would be happy to use it.
- What type of cleaners will be used?
- We maily use environmentally friendly and safe cleaning supplies. We also use HEPA vacuums and microfiber dust cloth to
remove the most particles from the air.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- It is your choice whether or not to be present. Most clients are not home when we clean. Our employees
are the only people who have access to your home during the cleaning. We run pre-employment criminal background checks as well as drug tests on everyone who
works for us. To make access easier, you may provide us with a key. If you choose not to, please make sure that we are able to get in at scheduled time, or
there may be lockout fee.
- What if the cleaning falls on a holiday?
- If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we will call you to reschedule it for a more covenient time.
- Why does the first cleaning take longer?
- The first cleaning is a very detail (deep) cleaning. There are a variety of important first time tasks that require extra time and effort before
we are able to start regularly scheduled cleanings.
